“I’m 18 years old. I started wearing the hijab at a young age because of my parents. They didn’t force me, I just felt like I had to. Later on, I noticed that I don’t connect with it. I don’t like it or hate it, but I don’t want to wear it. My family will hate me for this, but it’s just not who I am. I have been trying to connect with my religion and not believe everything my parents say because they talk more culture than religion, and my culture is just plain toxic. What should I do?”

Hijab is definitely not easy. If it was, there wouldn’t be such a large reward…
